Who We Are

For some, coffee has become a cherished morning ritual. For many, it serves as a daily pick-me-up, energizing their spirits. And for one individual, it offers a precious opportunity to establish a meaningful connection.

During one of the most challenging periods the world has faced, I dedicated six months immersing myself in the Dominican Republic, seeking a connection with my roots. Throughout this period, I spent time in the mountains of Jamamucito, at their highest elevation, where the climate is cool and fresh. There, I connected with farmers whose days consisted in spending time on the land picking coffee beans and organically drying them out with the sun. As I delved deeper into the experience, I found myself increasingly drawn to this vibrant community. I took proactive steps to fulfill my vision. I embraced the opportunity to collaborate with local farmers, engaging in the process of hand-picking coffee beans and roasting them at a nearby factory. A strong sense of identification stirred within me, compelling me to carry a fragment of my ancestral heritage and share it with the wider world, beginning with my own homeland, the United States.

With great care and passion, we crafted a special method to bring out the essence of each bean, and now, it is our privilege to personally hand this exquisite coffee to you.
